Frequently asked questions

Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?

Yes, a number connected to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). The built-in guide explains how to get it and connect it.

Can I reply to a message received several days ago?

WhatsApp only allows free-form replies within 24 hours of the customer’s last message. Replies go out within seconds, well before that limit.

Does the AI understand voice messages and photos?

Photos can be read by the AI depending on the plan (product, screenshot, receipt). Voice messages appear in the Log for you to answer.

Does WhatsApp charge for replies?

Meta applies its own pricing to WhatsApp Business conversations, billed directly to your Meta account, on top of your plan.
