What is the difference between the plans?
Only the number of automatic replies per month. Rules, contacts, connectors, monitoring, security: every feature is included in every plan, and you can switch at any time.
What happens if I reach my quota?
New messages are put on hold, with nothing lost. They resume automatically at the start of the following month, or as soon as you change plans.
How do I cancel?
From your account, in one click, via the secure payment portal. Your subscription ends at the close of the current period.
Can several people use the account?
Yes: invite your colleagues, each with their own access, alerts and action history. The number of users included depends on the plan.
Are replies written by hand counted?
No: only the AI’s automatic replies count towards your quota. Replies you write yourself from the Log are unlimited.
